استهلاک الطاقة و النمذجة الریاضیة لتجفیف البلح بالمیکروویف

المستخلص

یهدف البحث إلى تجفیف نوعین من البلح , و هما الحیانى و الزغلول بواسطة  المیکروویف فى طبقات رقیقة بأربع معاملات و هم:
 1- بلح زغلول الثمرة کاملة ((T1
 2- بلح زغلول منزوع النواة((T2
 3- بلح حیانى الثمرة کاملة((T3
 4- بلح حیانى رطب منزوع النواة و القشرة ((T4
 و حساب استهلاک الطاقة فى تجفیف کل نوع و مقارنة سلوک التجفیف مع ستة نماذج ریاضیة للتجفیف وکانت النتائج کالتالى:
1- انخفضت نسبة الرطوبة MR)) من 1 إلى 0.05و0.07,0.06,0.13 T1,T2, T3, T4,
    على التوالى.
2- کانت اقل طاقة مستهلکة (5.7 MJ/kgH2O) و أعلى کفاءة تجفیف (40%) مع المعاملة T3     و اعلى طاقة مستهلکة (7.15 MJ/kgH2O)و اقل کفاءة(32%) مع المعاملة T1.
3 - بعض المعادلات أمکنها وصف سلوک التجفیف بشکل مرضی تحت ظروف التجفیف              بالمیکروویف وکان ذلک مصحوبا بقیم عالیه لمعامل الارتباط (R2)و هى:

4- کان تأثیر انتشار الرطوبة على المعاملات (T1,T2,T3 and T4):
