تصمیم وتصنیع نموذج لالة تقشیر البن الیمنى

ان دراسة الخصائص الهندسیة للمنتجات الزراعیة له اهمیة قصوى فى عملیات الاعداد والتداول وجودة المنتج وتخزین المنتجات الزراعیة وکذلک فى تصمیم آلات التجفیف والترطیب والتقشیر وایضا عملیات الفرز والتدریج التى  تسبق ذلک.  من أجل ذلک کان الهدف من البحث هو تصمیم وتنفیذ نموذج لتقشیر البن الیمنى صنف الاسماعیلى بحیث تحافظ على الجودة وتقلل من التکالیف واستهلاک الطاقة.  وتترکب الالة من خزان ، ودرفیل وموتور وبکر وسیور واطار یحمل الالة.  تم اختبار الالة عند سرعات دورانیة مختلفة للدرفیل عند معدلات تلقیم مختلفة.  وکانت النتائج المتحصل علیها کالتالى:
ویمکن تلخیص النتائج المتوصل الیها فى ان النسبة العظمى من الحبوب لها الطول 10مم ، والسمک والعرض کانوا متساویین (7مم).  معامل الشکل والتلامس یکشف ان الحبوب کرویة لها نسب تلامس صغیرة.  فئة الحبوب التى قطرها من 7-10 مم کانت لها کثافة اعلى من الفئتین الاقل والاعلى.  ترواحت زاویة التکویم للحبوب من جمیع الفئات مابین 8.75-14.30 درجة.
الانتاجیة للالة تزایدت مع زیادة سرعة دوران الدرفیل عند معدلات التلقیم المختلفة.
کانت کفاءة الالة عالیة جدا بحیث لم تترک اى من حبوب القهوة دون تقشیر او مقشرة جزئیا. وترواحت الانتاجیة بین 240-360 کجم/ساعة.
