Recommendations of the first international conference of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering in Cairo Al-Azhar University - the twenty-third of the Egyptian Society of Agricultural Engineering (4 March 2020)

The first international conference of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering in Cairo Al-Azhar University - the twenty-third for the Egyptian Society of Agricultural Engineering was held at the Sheikh Saleh Kamel Convention Center - at Al-Azhar University on Sunday 4 March 2020, on the topic: “Agricultural Engineering and Sustainable Comprehensive Development” under the patronage of the Grand Imam / Ahmed Al-Tayyib - Sheikh Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, Honorable Professor Dr. Mohamed Hussein Al-Mahrasawi, President of Al-Azhar University and His Excellency Minister of Agriculture / Mr. Muhammad Al-Qasir. And Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Abdel-Aty Minister of Irrigation and Prof. Dr. / Yasmine Fouad Minister of the Environment and with contributions from many businessmen and the business sector.
      More than 27 papers were presented to the conference on the central topics of mechanization and agricultural engineering. The activities included contributions from the University of Hang Pong, South Korea, the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, University of St. Stephen, Hungary - College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad and the Ministry of Agriculture in Iraq. Ten awards for scientific and technical excellence in agricultural engineering were presented in the name of the Japanese donor, Kishida for researchers, alumni, and students, and the Makarem Award for the late Dr. / Mohamed Nabil Al-Awadi for the most distinguished scientific research. The Honorable Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Hussein Al-Mahsrawi, President of Al-Azhar University, presented financial awards to outstanding students from the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Al-Azhar University. Conference shields and certificates were delivered to all who contributed to the conference, research, work, sponsorship or support.
